Description:

People around the world use tarot cards for divination, insight, and self-reflection. The artwork, interpretations, and practices of tarot vary, but these traditions share the deck as a means to find meaning in one’s life. In this workshop, we’ll explore modes of ekphrasis (writing in response to art), create for ourselves writing rituals, and use tarot spreads for self-reflection exercise.

Writers will learn a variety of poetic devices alongside mediums for developing a deep writing practice.
