We will practice trusting our creative mind, drawing truth from our senses and art from our dreams. Additionally, we will be reading from Natalie Goldberg’s “Writing Down the Bones” and other works. Please bring something to write on, a notebook or laptop.

Shayna is the kind of poet and auteur who keeps her day job, scribbles when she can and is sure, 49% of the time, it will all turn out for the best. She loves commas and italics for emphasis. Previously, she led The Writer’s Garden group at bliss Spiritual Co-op. Shayna is a member of the Poetry Society of South Carolina, and you can be too!
