Andrea Jurjević

Andrea Jurjević is a poet, literary translator, and painter originally from Croatia. Her poetry collections include In Another Country (2022), Small Crimes (2015) and Nightcall (2021). Her book-length translations from Croatian include several poetry collections. The most recent, Marko Pogačar’s Dead Letter Office (The Word Works, 2020), was shortlisted for the 2021 National Translation Award in Poetry. Her poems, stories, translations, and essays have appeared in Electric Lit, The Believer, TriQuarterly, The Missouri Review, Joyland, The New Republic, The Writer’s
